The truck is not running, though it would roll. It can either be pushed onto your ramps or lifted front and then rear with tractor that has a lifting bucket
The house where I'd like it delivered is residential. It's a quiet cul-de-sac with good access to the highway (5 Minutes), there is a yard with room for it to come down ramps. For best price, I may be able to arrange a place with forklift.
