Delivery in back lane way which is straight, clear of low overhanging trees and wires, wide open road to be able to turn in and is a 2 way laneway. Can come in from either direction easily and out the other. No turning required (see image). We will be doing a Live Unload off the back of the flatbed/skeletal trailer using a forklift and a pallet puller. Empty container will be ready for return within the 2-hour window.

This is a round-trip container run (Sydney Port -> Forbes -> Sydney Port). Driver can schedule the transit overnight or split across two days to meet logbook laws, but must wait on-site for a rapid 2-hour forklift live unload so the empty box can be hauled straight back to Sydney for immediate de-leasing. TIMING NOTE: This is an import container arriving from China around March / April 2027. The exact pickup date is currently unknown and will depend entirely on when the ship arrives and clears Australian Customs. I am seeking a flexible transport partner to secure a base rate quote now, and I will give you a 2 to 3-week notice as soon as the shipping line updates our port tracking. WEIGHT NOTE: The 11,000 kg weight is a provisional estimate based on household cabinetry, tiles, and flooring. The final verified gross weight and packing list will be provided to the carrier as soon as the container finishes loading in China.
