Hi Team, I am Zane from a modular home building company. We are looking for a logistics partner for an upcoming project and future long-term collaboration. We need a quote for unloading, transporting, and assembling 4 modular units. 1. Cargo Details Item: 4x Modular House Units Dimensions (Each): 7.9m (L) x 2.15m (W) x 3.16m (H) Weight (Each): Approx. 4 Tonnes 2. Scope of Work (Estimated Date: 17 Jan 2026) Phase 1 (Knoxfield VIC): Crane required to unload units from the top of containers (Open Top) at our warehouse. Note: Units may need to sit at the warehouse for 2-4 days before transport. Phase 2 (Transport): Transport 4 units from Knoxfield to Whiteheads Creek, VIC. Note: Due to the 3.16m height, Low Loaders/Drop Decks may be required. Phase 3 (Whiteheads Creek VIC): Crane required on-site for assembly services (approx. 2-3 days duration). 3. Site Visit & Feasibility We are open to discussing the best logistical solution.
