CNC machine will be disassembled for components: 4 × tables: W 210 cm × L 270 cm × H 70 cm — approximately 600 kg each (2,400 kg total). The tables can be stacked. 1 × gantry: W 140 cm × L 370 cm × H 100 cm — approximately 600 kg. 2 × rails: W 25 cm × L 1,000 cm × H 60 cm — weight is uncertain, possibly 500–1,000 kg each. 1 × plasma power source: W 80 cm × L 130 cm × H 140 cm — approximately 500 kg. 1 x electrical cabinet: W 80 cm x L 40 cm x H 150 cm - approximately 200 kg 1 × dust collector: W 221 cm × L 170 cm × H 265 cm — weight is uncertain, possibly 500–1,000 kg. The dimensions and weights are approximate, as I do not yet have the exact specifications for some components. There may be different ways of loading, ideally, the tables could be stacked in pairs, with the gantry positioned above them. The 10-metre rails would then need to be accommodated alongside the tables, with the dust collector and other components positioned wherever practical. It should all fit inside the Curtainsider/Tautliner. The equipment is sensitive to water, so it must not be transported exposed to rain. A covered trailer would therefore be preferred. If an uncovered option is significantly more economical, I could also consider it if suitable weather conditions can be guaranteed for the entire journey. I am flexible with the transport date and would be particularly interested in a cost-effective option such as a backload or return load, if you have a suitable truck travelling in the required direction.
