Special loading/unloading instructions: As per ad description. Tail lift We have a concert in young on Friday the 1st December. All our trucks are busy. We are looking to load our equipment on the morning of the 30th November and have it arrive in Young by 3pm. The concert finishes at 10pm on the 1st and the equipment needs to be reloaded and delivered back to Canberra. The equipment being carried is: -Speakers -lighting -cabling etc. Most equipment is in road cases or on carts. The total weight of the equipment does not exceed 10t. We would require a Panteck truck with ideally a full sized tail lift. Our crew at either end will load, unload and same for the return. Loading an unloading will take about 60 minutes each time. Please note, early collection is fine and late delivery back to Canberra is fine. But arriving to site and collecting from site must be as described.
