Once you have booked the carrier, pass them this letter of authority so they can pick up the freight on your behalf. You will also need to pass them the zero balance invoice from Grays.

Our payment system ensures that your funds are securely held while the job is in progress. Once you receive the items, login to Loadshift to release the payment to the carrier.
