I converted a 20 foot high cube container into a recording studio. If moved by truck it needs to be loaded and unloaded by Hiab only, not tilt tray, as the internal frame may be damaged when off loading by tilt tray. It already weighs about 4 tons empty but I will add some furniture and tools during my move to VIC. So total could be 5.5 - 6tons. There is an A/C wall in the back of the container which makes the total length 500mm longer.
